Shipping Policy

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from the date of the order

• All orders under £25 are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class postage or equivalent which takes 2 - 5 days for delivery

• All orders over £25 are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Service which takes 2 - 5 days for delivery

• We can also dispatch using faster services, e.g. First Class and Next Day Special Delivery as long as you are willing to cover the extra cost. Please contact us to arrange a faster delivery if you so require

• We are currently only able to ship our products in the UK

• When placing an order, please ensure that you provide a correct full UK postal address along with a contact number for the courier and that you choose a date and time of delivery when you or your household members are likely to be available to take delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy

​

• Under no circumstances will we accept a refund claim for postage costs. All postage costs (yours and ours) that relate to a returned product are non-refundable

• Refunds will only be given once the products has been returned to us and has been received by us subject to the following conditions:

  • 50% refund of the price of the perfume within 14 days of purchase if the product has been opened and the seal removed.
  • We will not refund any amount if the perfume has been used beyond what would normally be considered sufficient to test and form an opinion about it. Generally speaking, a few sprays or dabs of the perfume are sufficient to make a decision as to whether you like the perfume or not. If, for example, you continue to use the perfume and suddenly decide you do not like it anymore, we can not give you a refund
  • Full Refund of the price of the perfume within 14 days of purchase if the product is returned unopened and unsealed in its original new condition.
